Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Engagement & Payment

By commissioning GrowthLoom, you agree that projects under ₦100,000 require full payment before work begins. Larger projects require a 70% non-refundable deposit upfront; the remaining balance is due before final handover of deliverables.

2. Scope of Fees

Our quoted fees cover the services explicitly listed in your project agreement. They exclude advertising budgets, third-party software subscriptions, domain renewals, hosting fees, and government filing charges (e.g., CAC registration fees). These external costs are the client’s responsibility.

3. Revisions

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A “revision round” covers a single batch of feedback submitted together. Additional revision rounds or scope changes beyond the original agreement will attract supplementary fees, quoted in advance.

4. Timelines & External Delays

Delivery timelines provided for CAC registration, domain propagation, and other third-party platform processes are estimates only. GrowthLoom is not liable for delays caused by government agencies, payment processors, hosting providers, or any external party outside our direct control.

5. Acceptance

Payment of your invoice constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you have questions or require amendments, please raise them before making payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to all custom deliverables produced for their project (website code, brand assets, copy). GrowthLoom retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowthLoom’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, the non-refundable deposit is retained and any additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced. GrowthLoom will deliver all completed work up to the termination date upon settlement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Lagos State under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
